An exquisite 4 bedrooms villa with an all glass front to allow your maximum viewing enjoyment of the beach and water. The wooden floors are a gorgeous cataloch, with amazing two tone dark and clear coloured wood. The Penthouse accommodates 7 to 8 people. Villas Sandy and Residence is a unique place in that it is very quiet and exclusive, with only 10 units available. A relaxing vacation set in the natural beauty of the Mayan Riviera. We have a private beach that is exclusively for our guests with a fresh Palapa and beach chairs, located just across the private road that runs in front of the Villas. We also have a large and refreshing pool at the garden area with another Palapa and some relaxing hammocks.
