Bad experience - Theft at Labnah Hotel
Unfortunately we had a really bad experience at Labnah Hotel because we were robbed of our camera, mobile phone and ipod (for a value of more than €1.200!) in our room while we were out in the night. What was worst was the manager beahviour: she didn't care at all about what happened to us and she didn't take any responsibility for what happened in her hotel. What's more, we found out from the police and confirmed by another review, that in the same days other guests were robbed in the same way in their room. That's a pity because the hotel, even if is very simple, has a great location (near the beach and near the center), the rooms are nothing of special ma they are ok: they've got air-conditioning but not tv and Playa del Carmen is such a beautiful place!!! But of course we can't recommend to anyone the Labnah Hotel for what happened to us and could happen to everyone.
