Baal Nah Kah B & B is a spectacular, three story, five bedroom bed and breakfast located a block from the beach in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The house sits on a quiet street, overlooking the beautiful Mexican Caribbean. Originally built as a private residence in 1988, Baal Nah Kah's architecture is truly outstanding which is why it is considered by many to be one of the most beautiful houses in Playa del Carmen.
Native materials, such as sacate or thatch, were used to make the cathedral ceiling in the great room as well as the 3rd story penthouse roof. Tropical hardwoods were incorporated into all three wraparound decks for both structural support and dramatic visual effect. Mexican hand painted talavera tiles line the bathroom walls and cover the kitchen counters. The tera cotta floor tiles used throughout the house are well known as Mexico's beautiful and traditional saltillo tiles.
